Taking an energy regulator from early experimentation to a governed, monitored agent estate: 14 Copilot agents through quality and readiness gates into live service, plus the operating model, agent register and monitoring for its AI Centre of Excellence.

Pilot to Production
Housing officers were losing time to high-volume enquiries. Led delivery of a live Copilot Studio agent that triages enquiries and supports drafting, built as a six-week MVP with guardrails and human review, through to sign-off and handover.

AI Skills
Turned an Agent Builder course into a capability programme for a cohort of around 150 participants. Reported results include a mobilisation statement cut from around two weeks to 20 minutes, and a day-long research task cut to 45 minutes.

Designed realistic professional scenarios used to train a frontier large language model for a leading AI lab: multi-step cost-benefit analyses on strategic business cases, to strengthen the model’s reasoning and decision support.

A transformation programme had lost focus after a machinery of government change. Refocused it and made the case to scale it to £85m (from an initial £1m to £2m), including work on AI-enabled cyber threats, reporting to Director General level.

Paid expert input to investors and corporates through three global expert networks, including a briefing for a Japanese research client on AI adoption across UK government, and a supplier landscape review for a large financial services client.
Ventures
Winter Hill Ventures builds its own products. In 2025 it launched WellnessPal in beta on the iOS App Store: an app that used AI to help women keep to their wellness goals through the month by adjusting meal plans to the phase of their cycle. The beta has since closed.
